Reminiscent of summer itself, this seasonal sake is packed with the flavors and aroma of fresh citrus fruits complimented by a wonderfully smooth body. As a Daiginjo-level unpasteurized sake, you get the best of both worlds: a bright, zippy liveliness from the enzymes preserved in the brew, along with a round, silky, and complex elegance brought forth by the lower rice milling percentage.

Pair with scallops or other lighter seafood with a squeeze of lemon.
