As a cloudy-style sake from the “Japanese Snow Country” of Akita prefecture, Nugudamaru is deliciously creamy like freshly fallen snow yet still has a high enough ABV (17%) to keep you warm. It has a tart sweetness reminiscent of caramel apples and baked pears and a warming, tingly finish. 

Enjoy next to the fire on a chilly day with coconut milk based curries or other slightly spicy cuisine.
