Yachiya brewery was established in 1628, making it one of the oldest established in Ishikawa. Kagatsuru Junmai Ginjo is remarkably balanced, with a soft yet structured mouthfeel and subtle floral notes underlying woody aromas that bring to mind a Japanese natural spring spa, finishing with a touch of minerality.

Serve chilled or room temp and pair with oysters, sushi, or shabu-shabu.
