Made from all local ingredients from Ishikawa and utilizing Kanazawa No. 14 brewing yeast, Nakamuraya has a distinct local character, with earthy notes of green tea and root vegetables blending into a mineral finish with undertones of melon. Non-charcoal filtered, it is beige in color with a silky texture.

Serve room temp or chilled with fatty foods.
