Made using the rice varietal Hokuriku No. 12, which the brewery brought back from extinction and cultivates on its own with local farmers, Manzairaku Honjozo is a light and easy, yet earthy and crisp everyday drinking sake.

Best served warm with sushi, sashimi, white fish, grilled squid, or tofu dishes.
