Made from Yamadanishiki rice, this Junmai Ginjo is structured, crisp with a strong floral nose. Saika brewery began by producing vinegar using sake lees as the main ingredient. As a result, they now produce a range of sakes to pair well with their vinegar.

Serve chilled or room temp and enjoy with tofu or pickles.
