Fukuraijin Hon Mirin 1.8L

Hon mirin, made from only three domestically produced ingredients: glutinous rice, rice malt, and rice shochu, has been enjoyed as a nightcap in Mino since the Edo period by those with a sweet tooth.

It is recommended not only for Japanese dishes but also for adding flavor to sweets and an appropriate amount when cooking rice will make it glossy and increase its sweetness.
