Our collection of Awamori.

Awamori, which is only produced in Okinawa, uses indica rice, which is high in protein, so it has a stronger, deeper, more prominent taste than most other shochu. Awamori is also notable for using Black Koji in production, where as most shochu uses either White Koji or Yellow Koji.
