Philip Harper, the first non-Japanese person to become Toji, heads the Tamagawa Brewery. By using ambient yeasts and minimal intervention during the brewing process, this sake has a character similar to that of natural wines. The White Label is bold, super-dry, and edgy, with a hint of spice and high ABV of 22%.

Enjoy chilled, or even on the rocks.
