Made using Omachi rice, thought to be the father of all sake rice, and brewed in the Yamahai style.

Well balanced soft cider barrel aroma with the richness of Omachi rice.

The sake is aged in handmade barrels for about 1 month after aging the sake for 3 years. Using the cedar barrels made of "Kotsuki", the best part of the tree for balanced aromas and flavors.

A great pairing with fresh Japanese sea food, meats and especially teriyaki chicken.
