Fukucho is headed by Miho Imada, one of few female Tojis working in Japan.

Her sparkling sake ferments naturally in the bottle and utilizes white koji to bring out notes of citrus and crisp apple, with a lightly creamy texture.

As its name suggests, pair with seafood by the seaside.
