Junmai 

This small sake brewery in Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, nestled between the sea and the mountains, is operated primarily by a team of five women. Crafted using carefully selected local Yamada Nishiki rice, the sake offers a refreshing mouthfeel with a slight pleasant effervescence; it allows you to fully savor the rich umami of the rice while enjoying an elegant Ginjo aroma. It is also recommended served warm or hot.
