Jougo has a lovely fruity, berry-like aroma which leads into soft yet expressive taste and mouthfeel that let it stand out among other kokuto shochu.

The long finish not only invites one in for another sip, it gives Jougo enough strength to stand up with stronger dishes, such as fried or grilled meats.
