Junmai Daiginjo

The artwork-like bottle is a precious Kutani-yaki sake that originated in Kaga (now Ishikawa) in the 17th century.

The sake is brewed in the Kimoto style, using an original yeast that was discovered in the brewery over 100 years ago.

The refined Junmai Daiginjo sake has a soft and mild mouthfeel, with notes of apricot and banana, a smooth umami flavor, and a clean aftertaste with acidity and dryness.
