Ohishi Tokubetsu Reserve

A blend of 27-year-old (29%), 10-year-old (35%), and 7-year-old (36%) Ohishi Sherry Cask whiskies which are distilled from a combination of estate-grown and locally sourced malted and unmalted grains.

Seven-day clay pot fermentation period kickstarted with white koji seed, followed by a second fourteen-day fermentation period takes place in stainless steel pot stills.

Aromas of pear, vanilla custard, amaretto, and mushroom transition to a palate of dried fig, tobacco, clove, white peppercorn, and oak with a substantial sherry influence; vanilla, butterscotch, raisin on the finish round out the finish
