Hiyaoroshi sake is typically bottled in the spring, pasteurized once, and then aged for 6 months before being released in the fall, making these seasonal sake a much-anticipated favorite for their mellow balance of flavors that coalesce during the aging process.

Shichi Hon Yari’s Hiyaoroshi encapsulates the warming flavors of autumn, with notes of oatmeal, wheat, and walnut that compliment its smooth body and brisk finish.

Pair with roasted sweet potato or cheesy pastas.
