Abe +

Abe + (plus) is a sake crafted with the initial aim to reduce production waste in the brewery. Using the kasu (rice lees) they have after pressing the sake, they make a make a shochu that is used as a base spirit in the production of this sake! The shochu makes for a crisp, bright and citrusy sake.
