Collection: Junmai Daiginjo 純米大吟醸

Our collection of Junmai Daiginjo-level sake. 
Junmai means the sake has only four ingredients: rice, water, koji and yeast.
Daiginjo refers to the degree of polish the sake rice has undergone; to be considered a Daiginjo sake, the rice must be polished to at least 50%.
Junmai Daiginjo sake is usually characterized by more delicate flavor and increased elegance, with soft sweetness.
