Elegant and delicate aromas of sudachi, (a tart, lime-like citrus) native to Japan, create a bright and refreshing first impression. Distilled from neutral spirits and infused with fresh sudachi juice, this expression is produced by Nisshin Shurui in Tokushima Prefecture and bottled at 20% ABV.

Compared with traditional shochu distilled from barley or sweet potato, awamori offers softer and lighter taste, making it perfect whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails. Ends in clean and refreshing, with lingering citrus notes that gently cleanse the palate without overpowering the flavors of your meal.
