Limited production release of the lauded Brooklyn Kura Yamahai sake!

Pronounced prickly aromatics that lead into a clean body sake with a subtle banana taste and a hint of spice and acidity in the finish. 

After being open and at room temperature, the creaminess of the body and slight sourness of the brew style become more dominant, and then finish has a drier quality.
