This is a classic, best-selling Ginjo sake that has been on the market since 1980, produced by Dewazakura—the first brewery in Japan to commercially release Ginjo sake.

It releases a gentle, slightly sweet fragrance reminiscent of cherry blossoms, accompanied by soft, fruity aromas of apple and white peach. The gentle sweetness and savory depth of the rice spread gradually across the palate, concluding with a clean, crisp finish.
