Such a unique rice shochu that has the aroma and taste of crispy roasted rice, similar to a barley shochu, yet still soft and easy to enjoy. 

Because the shochu is muroka (unfiltered), Jigaden has a silky, almost oily (in a great way!!) texture that is unlike any other shochu on the market. What a treat!
