Misty Junmai

Using the same ingredients and base recipe from their flagship Junmai sake styles (60% Calrose rice, #901 yeast, yellow koji, NY soft water) , but the cans are 14% abv (instead of their typical 16%). This  slightly lighter body, a little dryer taste, makes for a very sippable experience (taste like honeydew, berries, and white tea) . Also it's coarsely filtered, so we would call it "Misty Junmai"! Refreshing and smooth. Great to go with your lunch, Spring picnic, and Summer BBQ!
