Kaze no Mori "Tsuyu Hakaze 507"

Junmai Muroka Nama Genshu

Crafted from Tsuyu Hakaze rice, native to Nara Prefecture and exclusively grown locally to preserve richness and character. The ‘507’ series uses tsuyuhakaze, charactered by the large starchy ‘shinpaku’, prolonged fermentation at low temperature to bring out the unique characteristics of this sake rice. Jack fruit, rose water, aloe, mint, vanilla. Bottled directly after pressing, leaving the sake with a natural fizzy effervescence. Pair with sashimi, shellfish, caviar, salami, cheese boards
