Aroma of fresh apple, peach and apricot. Rich and bold  yet distinctly dry. Vibrant fruit flavors fill your palate with the freshness of just-picked fruit, supported by bright acidity, deep umami, and a subtle fizzy touch. Powerful, and lingering finish. As a muroka (unfiltered) genshu, this sake is bottled with minimal intervention and without dilution resulting a fuller body, deeper flavor concentration, and a more expressive representation of the rice and fermentation.
