Made from local Hanafubuki rice, Denshu Junmai is smooth and light in body with a subtle bouquet of floral, spice, fruit, and fresh hay, balanced by an underlying Umami richness.

Finding the ideal balance of light drinkability and a richness that pairs perfectly with fried foods, it is made in limited quantities and has a cult status among sake aficionados.

Serve chilled with izakaya food.
