Produced by the historic Tomita Shuzo brewery (est. 1540), Winter Warrior nigori is defined by a lean, bone-dry minerality that deviates from the typical sweetness of the category. The experience begins with a muted, crisp aroma of pine, juniper, and under-ripe melon, which gives way to a surprisingly intense, lactic palate. This "punchy" profile features tart yogurt and crème fraîche balanced by herbal tea and mint, concluding with a distinctive romaine lettuce bitterness and a clean, astringent finish.
