Tenbu Junmai Ginjo

This modern, fruity, and floral sake is a surprising and delightful accompaniment to meals, created by Nishi Shuzo, the brewery famous for the elegant sweet potato shochu, Tomino Hozan.

It boasts aromas of white peach and banana, a floral impression reminiscent of white roses, chestnut-like notes derived from the koji, and nuances of lactic acid bacteria similar to yogurt. These complex flavors are harmoniously balanced, resulting in a light and transparent finish with a gentle sweetness.

This sake is from the southernmost prefecture in Japan where sake brewing takes place.
