This is a powerful Awamori!
Using the traditional kame pot aging technique, as well as a process of blending young Awamori into older pots, similar to the solera method in sherry, Chuko has a caramel aroma and begins with a light rich-sweetness on the plate, finishing with wisps of smoky flavor.
Long tail and higher ABV keeps this Awamori developing after the initial sip.
