Fuyu Mizunara

Made from 50% malt and 50% mash corn and wheat.

Finished in Mizunara oak casks for six months after aging a minimum of three years in American white oak barrels. 

Slightly sweet and aromatic with more body than a stereotypical Japanese whisky yet balanced with the classic smooth character.
