Using in-bottle fermentation in a process similar to that of Champagne, including the disgorgement of yeast cells, Hakkaisan brings sparkling sake to a new level of elegance: highly effervescent with a bracing acidity on the finish balanced by subtle sweetness. Food-friendly or good on its own for a celebratory occasion.

Serve chilled in Champange flutes.
