Doburoku, which is the ancestor of sake, is produced in a more sustainable manner by retaining the Moromi, the cloudy mash. 

"Ichi no Daku" is the first in its series from Heiwa Shuzou and features a fresh brightness resulting from fermentation.

Bright, slightly sweet and ricey in aroma and taste.

Creamy and perfectly milky in texture.
