Kana Kokuto Shochu

Hand crafted by Serena Nishihira, a musician, artist and the only female master brewer-distiller in Amami. 

Light semi-sweet aroma foretells what kind of finish this shochu will deliver, though do not be deceived into thinking Kana is light on flavor.

Round body with colorful notes and a medium tail that does not overpower the palate, yet leaves one desiring another sip.

Aged at least one year in an oak cask.
