Based on the idea that "tradition is free and diverse," Kojimaya, a prestigious sake brewery in Yamagata, created this "Untitled" sake without being bound to any category.

As a result, this sake is a combination that has never existed before, with four-stage brewing, low alcohol, cedar barrel aging, and the use of Kijoshu brewing.

It has a deep flavor and a refined taste with an exquisite match of sweetness, dryness, and spiciness. It has a woody flavor created by the cedar barrels, a fruity flavor like citrus and cherry, and a calm sweetness reminiscent of maple and custard. It's surprisingly easy to drink!
