Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu

This seasonal unpasteurized sake from Masumi Brewery is much sought after during its limited run. "Arabashiri" refers to the first trickles of sake that is separated from the mash using only the weight of the stacked moromi (mash) bags without added pressure, resulting in a brew that is young, fresh, and full of gorgeous complexity.
