Single malt whiskey double distilled in Japanese copper pot stills and aged in Sakura oak casks by Matsui Whisky in Tottori, Japan.

A subtle, floral and light sweetness softer than whiskies aged in sherry casks, more similar to the taste of sake kasu. 

Superbly easy to drink with a pleasant tingly aftertaste.
