Mild toasted notes on the nose, which give way to to an even more roasted flavor, yet with a satisfying and elegant finish.

A versatile shochu depending on ones taste, although it is recommended with warm water to really bring forward some of the more subtle flavor hiding within this complex drink.

Aged 3-6 months in clay jars.
