This is a very special variety of Kokuto shochu, immediately recognizable because of it's light hay-like hue and higher alcohol content.

A complex shochu, fruity and floral, yet very reminiscent of bourbon whisky.

Aged up to ten years in an American white oak and French Limousin casks.
