Distilled from a combination of estate-grown and locally sourced malted and unmalted grains.

Seven-day clay pot fermentation period kickstarted with white koji seed, followed by a second fourteen-day fermentation period takes place in stainless steel pot stills.

Aged 5-6 Years in ex-Cognac and ex-Oloroso sherry casks before being finished in Islay Scotch casks for 2-3 years.

Caramel-perfume nose that stays light and inviting. Classic Ohishi-smoothness and light sweetness balanced with a subtle but present smoky character.
