Junmai Ginjo

Brewed using the historic, "Omachi" varietal of sake rice, this Junmai Ginjo is crisp, tight and clean.

This sake is best described as kirei, which means both "pretty" and "clean."

Unlike many ginjos which are highly aromatic and fruity, this Junmai Ginjo has minimal aroma and a dry finsh.

On the palate, it shows bright notes of pink grapefruit.
