Mr. Masao Nakazawa is one of the most legendary Toji today. He worked at Hakutsuru Shuzo for over 50 years, and as a Toji for 17, being awarded the highest title, “Toji-Kan.”

Before he retired he created this sake as the ultimate table sake.

Dry, umami and lightly sweet.
