Pleasant ginjo-like aroma leads into a rice shochu that, while still being delicate among other shochu varieties, packs a bit more spice than some other floral rice shochus.

This makes for a more exciting sip and an easier substitute for cocktails, as it won't shrimp out on you when mixing!
